With Excel one of its enhancements is its ability to draw lines and boxes at the click of a mouse.
[] Select the title of our spreadsheet, cells C1 to F1.
[] Select the FORMAT CELLS option.
[] Select the BORDER option.
[] Click in the style box with the DOUBLE lines.
[] Click in the OUTLINE box and then click OK.
The heading should now look like this :
Excel can easily draw outlines or single sides to any cell on the spreadsheet with just a few mouse strokes.
[] Draw a line across between the TOTAL and PROFIT rows using the row style of your choice.
The finished spreadsheet should now resemble the following:
